INSIDE SALES
National Account Manager - Inside Sales
Accuity has an immediate opening for a National Account Manager in our Inside Sales Group. In this position you will sell Accuity’s products and services, utilizing a solution based selling process, to clients and prospects in North America, in order to achieve the desired sales revenue goals. This position will be primarily focused on new account development to increases sales opportunities and market exposure for Accuity.
Functions/Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales revenue targets.
- Call a specified group of customers or potential customers, make an assessment of their current needs, and sell the appropriate product(s.)
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the features, functions, and values of Accuity’s products.
- Accurately enter required information into Salesforce.com, including call detail and pipeline maintenance.
- Make the minimum amount of required calls with consistent follow up.
- Communicate to customers via email in a professional manner.
- Cultivate and prospect by making a required number of outbound prospecting calls.
- Effectively prepare and perform client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maximize scope and revenue through applied negotiation skills
- Gain industry knowledge in regards to Accuity’s target markets.
- Do marketing research or customer service as required.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Computer skills required in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- College degree preferred.

FIELD SALES
National Account Manager - Field Sales
Accuity has an immediate opening for National Account Manager - Field Sales in our New York City office. In this position you will be responsible for selling all Accuity solution products and services to Financial services organizations named accounts and a defined North American territory in order to achieve desired sales revenue goals. In addition you will be responsible for territory development to increase sales opportunities and market exposure for Accuity.
Functions
- Achieve/exceed sales revenue targets for named accounts and assigned market/territory.
- Develop key relationships in banking, insurance and financial services market.
- Identify new business opportunities to generate sales.
- Cultivate and prospect by making a required number of outbound prospecting calls.
- Manage key accounts and/or key contracts to retain and grow the business.
- Develop account plans for key named accounts that includes creating and maintaining information such as but not limited to, i) Organization structure, ii) Key contacts with functions, iii) How and where Accuity products are used, iv) Overall transactional and account volumes, v) Business objectives, strategies and issue, vi) Areas of sales opportunity, vii) Plan for driving sales and relationship, and viii) account and calling notes.
- Facilitate communication between Accuity client support, or product management and the client when needed
- Collect and forward industry and competitive information to marketing.
- Represent Accuity at conferences and trade shows.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Accuity products.
- Effectively prepare and perform client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong pipeline management skills using Accuity’s pipeline business system.
- Timely and accurate submission of mandatory paperwork/reports such as pipeline reporting and travel expenses.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years field sales experience
- College degree
- Solid and demonstrable relationship selling skills.
- Strong customer account management focus
- Banking experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Understanding of bank technology, compliance and payments.
- Motivated self starter with excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Team player.
Job Condition
- Travel required (approximately 50%).
